An interesting glimpse back in time. When I read the precise time on some day over a two year period, I had to read that again. At first it seemed such an odd statement, at odds with itself. Then it registered in my head and I went back and studied the image further, finding the clock that just had to be there somewhere! Thanks for sharing.
Btw as much I love tlrs, their viewfinders aren't the most intuitive for alignment purposes 🤔🙃🙂
"viewfinders aren't the most intuitive". So true! I wanted to love my TLR, but eventually it frustrated me to such an extent that I came to rely on my trusty SLR. I only have three or four rolls of TLR images that I shot way back when.
Glad you caught and figured out my teaser comment about the time! Can I call that an easter egg?
The laterally reversed image catches you out in a way not unlike trying to ride one of those bmx bikes where they've 'modified the steering'. As you turn the handlebars one way, the wheel turns the other. I've tried to ride one a couple of times in the past and I found it impossible to stay upright (though some folk mange it somehow). Luckily I don't find tlrs quite so daunting lol.
TLR camera tilts aside, I love this nod to that era so much!
'preciate it!

Wow! I've never heard of that BMX mod. Definitely not for me!
Nor me, after my failed attempts! There are folks on youtube that have done similar, then filmed friends trying to ride them - all rather funny😁
Awwww, what a total blast to the past! Thanks for refreshing these childhood memories.
