I've no personal experience of the Monochroms (or any other Leica for that matter), but the images I've seen from them are gorgeous. I remember seeing Dpreview's review of the M10 or M11 Monochrom (can't remember which) a few years ago and the sample images were exquisite.

Thanks, Ralph. I'm still learning all the features and capabilities of the Q3 Monochrom. I'll probably report on my progress as time goes by.
E.g., it has a setting for "perspective control" that helps you visualize the correction for keystoning when shooting a building's facade. Wild!
